New Management for Oak Island Resort and Golf Course
As reported first on bdnmb.ca, new management for Oak Island Resort and Golf Course, official release below.
Four Seasons and Mulligan’s Ventures Ltd. are excited to announce that effective March 1, 2017 Mulligan’s has taken over Oak Island Resort. Four Seasons is proud of the business that has been established over the years and the valuable relationships that have been formed. Four Seasons and staff have worked hard over the past 12 years building on the vision of the Henderson family to create an escape for families to enjoy and create lasting memories.
The construction of the Les Furber championship 18 hole golf course and expansion of the campground to 400 fully serviced sites including pools has attracted many people to the Island. There have been many new homes constructed over the years and the Island continues to grow. We are excited for the future of the Island as a family destination.
Mulligan’s Ventures has built and operated Mulligan’s Driving Range, in Brandon since 1999 and Vector Promotions, a promotional product company since 2007. Trevor McGill’s passion is in turf grass management, golf course management, and branding and marketing. He has his Level 3 USGTF golf teaching certification and has developed a successful Junior Golf Academy that he plans to build and grow.
Mulligan’s intends to carry on Four Seasons vision of creating an escape for our customers and is looking forward to the future. We are very grateful for our customers patronage over the years and while we find it necessary to focus on continuing growth in the RV business in Manitoba and Colorado we are confident that Mulligan’s will continue to build these relationships.
