The executive of the Brandon AAA Midget Wheat Kings is pleased to announce that they have hired Chris Johnston as their new head coach for the upcoming 2018-2019 hockey season.
This will be Chris’ first time as head coach of the Brandon AAA Midget program after spending the last two season as an assistant coach to Tyson Ramsey. Chris has coached at many levels over the last 11 years.
Before coaching Chris played hockey at many levels including the American Hockey League, Central Hockey League, East Coast Hockey League plus 5 years in the WHL.
The executive looks forward to Chris’ experience to continue the tradition of developing players for the next level.
