A 29 year old man from Brandon is in custody, charged with Aggravated Assault following an incident at a residence in the 1200 block of 6th St shortly after midnight. Officers responded to a disturbance in an apartment and discovered the male victim with a stab wound to his upper chest. He was transported to BRHC for treatment of serious injuries and remains in hospital. The accused will appear in court on Sunday.
