The Canada Day celebrations at the Brandon's Riverbank in 2024 was a fun-filled day of activities and entertainment for all ages. This year the days festivities began at 10am with the Aberdeen Turkeys and will end later this evening with the popular fireworks show scheduled for 11:00 p.m. Throughout the day there were many activities/attractions to take part in including face painting, multicultural sports, indigenous performances,  farmers market, Voyageur canoe rides, food trucks, and more. Folk Singer Valdy highlights Canada Day Celebrations at Brandon Riverbank

The annual Canada Day Celebrations at the Brandon Riverbank is quickly approaching and organizers have planned a fun-filled day for those attending. This years the days festivities begin at 10am with the Aberdeen Turkeys and ends with the popular fireworks show scheduled for 11:00 p.m. The featured entertainer this year is celebrated Canadian artist and winner of two Juno awards: Folk Singer Valdy.  He has two scheduled performances (2pm & 6pm). Throughout the day there are many activities/attractions planned including face painting, multicultural sports, indigenous performances,  farmers market, Voyageur canoe rides and more.  The Wheat City Jug Band, Just for Kicks and Full Flannel Jacket are among the main stage entertainment. A number of food vendors will also be on-site for those looking for a bite to eat.

Keystone Centre Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Grand Festivities
