The party on the hill is getting even bigger! Dauphin’s Countryfest returns July 1–4, 2027, with an exciting lineup announcement featuring country music stars Nate Smith, Kip Moore and Riley Green, along with Canadian music icons Barenaked Ladies headlining a special Canada Day celebration.

Leading the country lineup is the return of fan favourite Nate Smith, who will return to the Countryfest PlayNow Main Stage to finish what he started. Smith’s performance at the 2026 festival was cut short due to a thunderstorm, leaving fans eager to hear more. In 2027, he’ll have another opportunity to take the stage and deliver the full performance festivalgoers were hoping for.

Joining Smith are acclaimed country artists Kip Moore and Riley Green, bringing their signature sounds, hit songs and high-energy performances to the Countryfest stage. With additional artists still to be announced, the 2027 lineup is shaping up to deliver another memorable weekend for country music fans from across Canada.

The excitement extends beyond country music! On July 1, 2027, Dauphin’s Countryfest will open its PlayNow Main Stage for a special Canada Day celebration headlined by the Barenaked Ladies. Known for their infectious energy, unmistakable sound and beloved hits, the iconic Canadian band will provide a distinctly Canadian soundtrack to the celebration of our nation’s birthday.

The Canada Day celebration adds another dimension to the Countryfest experience, bringing music fans together to celebrate Canadian talent, summer traditions and the community spirit that has made Dauphin’s Countryfest a cornerstone of Manitoba summers.

“Bringing Nate Smith back to Dauphin was important to us. Last year, the weather cut his performance short, and we know fans were looking forward to hearing more. We’re excited to welcome him back to finish what he started, alongside artists like Kip Moore and Riley Green. Opening our Main Stage on Canada Day with Barenaked Ladies gives us another great reason to bring people together and celebrate,” said Duane McMaster, president of Dauphin’s Countryfest.

“We’re always looking for new ways to make the Countryfest experience special for our fans. From an exciting country lineup to celebrating Canada Day with one of the country’s most recognizable bands, 2027 is about creating more memories on the hill. We look forward to welcoming our fans, campers, volunteers, sponsors and supporters for another fantastic summer,” McMaster added.

Additional artists, ticket details, camping information and festival announcements will be released in the coming months.
