Tessa Blanchard, 2019 IMPACT! Wrestling Wrestler of the Year and a participant in WWE’s first ever Mae Young Classic will be bringing her talents to Western Manitoba in May. Blanchard will be a part of Canadian Wrestling Elite’s Hostile Takeover Tour that will be making a stop in Rivers on Saturday, May 6th. She will be joined by CWE Champion “Hotshot” Danny Duggan, 2x CWE Champion “The Zombie Killer” MENTALLO and many other CWE favorites.
This show will be a fundraiser for the Rivers Firefigher Association, and this will be the 2nd consecutive year they have put on a wrestling show in the community 20 minutes north of Brandon.
During the show, there will be a canteen open and all proceeds from there go to the Rivers High School Hockey Academy. If participants want to enjoy an alcoholic drink while enjoying the exciting pro wrestling action, there will be a bar open and all those proceeds go to the local Rivers Legion.
So if you want to have a night out watching one of the best female wrestlers in the world and help raise some money at the same time come out to Rivers on May 6th.
Location: Riverdale Community Centre, 101 Main St, Rivers MB. Doors open 6:00PM, Bell Time 7:00PM. Tickets are $18 in advance, $20 at the door. Kids 12 & under are $10. Tickets are available at CB Aspire Salon, Rivers Legion, or any Rivers Firefighter.
