A 36 year old man from Brandon was arrested and charged with two counts of Theft Under $5000 on Friday. On two different days in late December, the man stole a gaming console and a laptop from a business in the 100 block of Victoria Ave East. He was identified by surveillance video. He was located, arrested and released to appear in court in February.
